How do I purchase a ticket to stream at home?
Tickets are available to purchase here for £5.99, you need to register an account with Cleeng which will allow you access to the stream at 18:00 on 13 October. To access the stream you need to login using this account.
What can I use to stream the event?
You can watch instantly from an internet-connected device that supports the app including phones, tablets and laptops. You need a minimum of 1.5Mb download Internet speed for our best quality but it will automatically adjust to your internet speed so you are always live. We support most devices and operating systems: Microsoft® Windows®, Apple® Mac® or Linux OS with Adobe® Flash® or tablets including Google® Android™ devices and Apple® iPad® or iPhone® devices will work.
Do I need to download anything to view the live stream?
No. Once you have a ticket you have instant access to the Internet video stream. The video plays automatically in your browser. It works on PC, Mac®, tablet or smartphone. But you have to ensure you have a proper broadband connection for video.
Where is the event available?
The event will be available in the UK and Ireland only.
What if I'm late?
You can choose to watch the stream live or start the feed from the beginning.
Until what time is the livestream available?
The stream will end at midnight on 13 October so you must start viewing the program before this time in order to watch the content. Content will no longer be available after 03:00 on 14 October.
Will there be hard of hearing subtitles and audio description?
A version of the film only will be available with hard of hearing subtitles and audio description.
